LOSSAN Public Records Request
Upon receipt of a request for a copy of public records, the Los Angeles – San Diego – San Luis Obispo Rail Corridor (LOSSAN) shall determine whether or not such request seeks copies of disclosable public records in the possession of LOSSAN. LOSSAN shall provide written notice of this determination within ten (10) calendar days of receipt of the request pursuant to California Government Code Section 6253. Thereafter, any disclosable public records in the possession of LOSSAN shall be made available upon payment in advance of the costs of duplication. If the requesting party seeks only access to review the requested records, arrangements shall be made for said review during normal business hours.
The following fees will be assessed if copies are produced by LOSSAN:

| Statement of Economic Interests (Form 700) | $0.10 each for single-sided page |
All fees must be paid prior to receiving the copies of the records.
